Hence, this study investigates 34 oil and gas firms’ websites and attempts to provide an in-depth analysis regarding how these firms present their CSR information through websites. The investigation is limited to the contents concerning CSR rationales, themes, and practices of the firm either to the whole society or to a stakeholder group. All above information is searched from â€Å"homepage†, â€Å"about us†, and â€Å"CSR/sustainability section†. Therefore, the unit of analysis is the combination of â€Å"homepage†, â€Å"about us†, and â€Å"CSR/sustainability section†, which is concerned with CSR rationales, themes, and practices. Nielsen (2013) claims that a firm’s homepage is valuable because it provides users material information about the firm. In addition, homepages are selected for website analysis because users form perceptions and make judgments about quality and functionality of the website based on initial impression (Ha and James, 1998). Anderson and Goodman (2014) stated that Mark also assesses knowledge of labour market and formulates new job opportunities for computer programmers. However, in both the cases, there is a huge job opportunity for efficient employees, which results in the betterment of the community. Pryor and Bright (2012) depicts that the only difference is that Mark identifies the global opportunity for every people while Donald Trump focuses only on the Americans. All these aspects illustrates the Frank Parsons career development theory. Conclusion I can relate my trait of valuing positive thoughts like Mark Zuckerberg and Donald Trump. I want to say that Donald Trump, on one hand, values he believes without considering the fact whether his decision will be fruitful or not; while Mark Zuckerberg values community and their wellbeing irrespective of their nationality and religion. In this case, my traits are similar like Mark Zuckerberg, who believes in skills and competencies rather than nationality. However, according to me, if I have to consider my nations people I want to train them for the kind of business that I want to start in the community. Moreover, I also do not prefer any sudden event that provides huge opportunity; while, I believe that if I can find a job that satisfies my skills and knowledge, I can get many opportunities that can ensure my success as I can predict the future consequences in that field. Thus, I am more similar to Mark Zuckerberg. However, I like the trait of Donald Trump that he kept his optimistic belief throughout the ups and downs of his life; however, he makes me believe that in spite of skills and knowledge in one field, career opportunities may come from another field, but we have to perform this responsibility efficiently.
